CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., May 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Quaker Chemical Corporation (NYSE: KWR - News) today declared a quarterly dividend of $.21 per share, payable on July 31, 2003, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 17, 2003.
