Quaker Chemical Opens New Plant In Dahej, India

The newly built plant combines state-of-the-art technology with Quaker's long history of manufacturing excellence and safety. The site incorporated unique features in its design, such as high efficiency induction motors to reduce energy, a water condensation recovery system, and waste water treatment technology that supports Quaker's environmental goals. The Dahej facility will add between 7,000 and 12,000 metric tons of capacity to the company's operations by the end of 2019, with plans to increase that capacity to 20,000 metric tons over the next few years.
