Victoria Gehris
Victoria K. Gehris began her career with Quaker in 2008. Effective July 18, 2016, she was named Assistant Corporate Secretary and Shareholder Administrator. Ms. Gehris’ core areas of responsibility include providing support to Management on Board related and other legal matters, including corporate governance and compliance and regulatory issues. She is also responsible for the Company’s shareholder activities, the Annual Report and associated shareholder material production, and the stock option program administration for the Company’s global associates. Ms. Gehris served as the Corporation’s Corporate Paralegal since February 2014, after having served as Executive Legal Assistant in the Legal Department when she joined Quaker.
Prior to joining Quaker, Ms. Gehris held various positions of increasing responsibility with several law firms. She holds a B.A. in Management and Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University and a Paralegal Certification from Villanova University.

Mary Dean Hall
Mary Dean Hall joined Quaker as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective November 30, 2015. In her position, Mary is responsible for the oversight and management of all Finance, Corporate Development, Tax, Internal Audit, Risk and IR activities. She is also a member of the Management Executive Committee.
Ms. Hall joins Quaker with a tremendous amount of experience in all relevant financial disciplines, including treasury and banking, accounting, international corporate finance, M&A, internal controls and compliance, and risk management. Most recently, Ms. Hall was the Vice President and Treasurer for Eastman Chemical Company, a global manufacturer of advanced materials, specialty chemicals, plastics and fibers. Prior to that role, she held various senior-level financial and treasury positions of increasing responsibility with Eastman since 1995. Prior to Eastman, she held financial and banking positions with Nalco Chemical and various banks, including Citibank.
Ms. Hall holds an MBA, Finance and Accounting, from UCLA, and a BA, Management Science/Operations Research, from the University of California, San Diego.
